Skimped my food then when I ask for a little more they ask me to pay extra $6. Give regular portion from the jump then don’t get an attitude when I ask for more. Terrible customer service. You chose to Argue with a customer and have bad body language rather than make it right. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m asking for a limb over some properly sized protein. My experience at Chipotle was honestly disappointing. The employee preparing my food was normal and had no issues, but the customer service at checkout was a 0/10. The lady working at the checkout gave me an attitude over a small mistake I made. It really wasn’t a big deal, and I felt like the situation could have been handled much more respectfully and professionally. Mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to give a customer an attitude over something so minor. Overall, the customer service completely ruined my experience.
