Customer service here sucks, the first person who was serving in the line had a bad attitude literally was not in the mood has he was scooping the rice and beans had a dead has attitude and then the cashier felt like he did not want to be there. Didn’t even say a word or nothing. Horrible service.
I am very saddened by what I have seen. They see each other very differently. There was a Spanish speaker before me. When he served her, he was very polite and did what she wanted. But when I ordered, it was different. He made me rice and then, without exaggerating, he didn't do anything to me. I am very saddened. Everyone is equal. Just because someone speaks another language, or doesn't speak it well, shouldn't be treated badly. I think it would be good if you taught them this.
It's very frustrating because there is only 1 person serving, I've been standing in line for many minutes, and there is no one to serve me in an orderly manner, they don't have anything to clean.
