This was honestly one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. I am extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the way the staff treated me. I paid the full price for a chicken bowl, but the amount of chicken they gave me was unbelievably small. For the price customers pay, we expect a fair and reasonable portion of food. This is easily one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. The portions are ridiculously small, especially the chicken. You practically have to beg for everything, even though you’re paying full price. The employees are extremely nonchalant and seem completely uninterested in providing decent customer service. Nobody seems to care, and the entire experience is frustrating. Ultimately, this falls on the manager. The management at this location needs to be changed. The Employees are always more concerned about everything else except moving the line along and can’t bother to use proper grammar to describe the functionality of the door. The door is “broken” not “broke”
