why is the steak here always so overcooked???? even right when they open and its fresh the steak is literally rubber. corporate do something about this. this is consistently the most terrible branch i’ve ever been to and you need to intervene! i’ll go to quality greens next door instead.
Not sure if it was management who started my bowl but the ginger dude behind the counter was very hygienic which I can appreciate. He washed his hands, sanitized them then put gloves on!! Thank you!
