I ordered a Half & Half Bowl with chicken and steak, which normally costs around $14. However, the cashier charged me for a chicken bowl plus extra steak, even though I never asked for extra meat. I clearly said I wanted half chicken and half steak, but she didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. I do take out at Chipotle and I enjoy their food,but im skeptical about the brown rice burrito and bowl, I dont think its brown rice because its not,and also yesterday the was out of honey chicken, but the service are fast and the hygiene are excellent.

I went to the Chipotle at 51 Warren Street, Randolph, MA 02368, on Tuesday, September 29, at approximately 3:15 PM. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. While eating our bowls, we discovered chicken bones in our food. We immediately brought this to the attention of an employee and then spoke directly with the manager.
