SO MUCH RICE. My online order bowl had so much rice in it. No way it was 4oz. I used to work at chipotle back during Covid! I paid for double steak and it looked like the bowl was full only to see it was SOOO Much rice. A ridiculous amount. They are just filling up the bowl with the cheapest ingredient.
I had quit going to this location a year or so ago because the place was always filthy, short handed and employees didn't seem to care. I decided to try again recently and was amazed at the difference. They were fully staffed, the place was spotless and everbody was super friendly. If, like me, you were avoiding this location, I highly reccomend that you give them another shot. Someone did an amazing job of fixing whatever was wrong.
I got an insect in my Togo order and when I reached out to the customer support, they just apologized. That’s it.
Chips were stale and no salt.
