okay idk why the reviews are so bad because i personally had a SUPER AWESOME experience. this was my first time trying chipotle and i was a bit unsure about everything but the worker was sooo helpful and gave yummy recommendations and tips! service was quick and helpful. i came back some minutes later for the chips and the whole process took like 30 seconds. it also tasted SO FLIPPING GOOD i will come back to america just to have this again
The girls that work there, rush you with a really bad attitude and all of them team up even cashier wont give you a second to choose your drink, they make you feel uncomfortable they ruined your lunch time and obviously you dont enjoy your food as you should bad bad service and horrible attitude (I was the only person in line so no reason to have that attitude)
The staff is second to none! They're AMAZING. Isabel, Maria, Camille, Maribel, et all are great. My Dad and I eat here frequently during the week or sometimes just get drinks but either way they remember our various orders, ask us how we're doing and generally carry on very warm, human conversations that make my lunch break enjoyable so returning to work right after doesn't feel like such a grind. Guac is consistently good. They're a mall kiosk and crowds get intense in the Mills. They still manage their pass efficiently.
The host was named Maria and she was down right awful. She refused to give me napkins and when I showed her my phone with my phone with my birthday gift she asked doubtedly if it was really my birthday. When it came to my burrito I watched as she wrapped it and it actually already fell apart before putting it in the foil and instead of correcting it she just put it in.
