The lady who packs the orders for To-Go was on the phone the entire time. I waited for 20 minutes for my order. She is very rude and slow.
Place is great it’s always busy, but every-time i seem to go they never have guacamole. How I go at 9:10pm and they don’t have guacamole. Second time this week they did not have, very disappointed.
The employee cutting the meat in the back was extremely unprofessional and rude. He refused to cut more steak despite knowing we were waiting for it. He even appeared to be laughing about the situation rather than helping us. If the customer behind us hadn’t also requested steak, I believe he would have continued making us wait.
