I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. During my visit, I felt harassed and disrespected by the manager. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they were rude, confrontational, and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I came in expecting a normal meal, but left feeling upset by how I was treated. Customer service should be respectful, especially from management. Based on this experience, I do not plan on returning.
One of the better Chipotle's in the Manassas area. Food tastes fresh, service was quick, and checking out was seamless. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of the Carne Asada and the Red Chimichurri sauce.
