Portion sizes are inconsistent and I have been overcharged more than once
Probably the worst chipotle I ever been to. Extremely dirty. On their phones and could give two shets about anything.
Quality and quantity has gone way down. I figured with how little rice, beans, and meat I got in my bowl that I would ask for extra sour cream and cheese so that I could get a normal amount at least. I guess they take extra seriously because I got 3 scoops of sour cream..... didn't end up with extra cheese though. My bowl was so soupy with sour cream I couldn't eat it.
