Arrived to the Chipotle on Campbell, Sunday afternoon/evening and there were several people in front of me. Didn’t think anything of it because most times the line moves quickly. This was not true today. I’d say poor staffing lead to no tables in the dining area being clean. They were out of chips, the mango drink, and while still standing in line they announced they were out of steak for the next 15-20 minutes. I got the Carnitas soft tacos. The food was good, but really had been looking forward to Chips & Guac too.
Service is INSANELY slow. Every single time. Ended up leaving and going to another location. Couldn’t get my original order refunded. The hoops to get refunds when doing an online order is ridiculous. Something has got to change.
They NEVER open on time. The door says that they open at 10:45 am, they kept myself and one other person waiting at least 10 minutes past the time posted on the door. I ordered a steak burrito bowl, and the portions have gotten smaller. They didn't have any of the Salsa out, they didn't have any of chips bagged and they didn't have any ice in the ice machine. The staff made me feel like I was a bother. I would suggest avoiding this location.
