Sad to see Chipotle quality fall so far, they used to be clean and the drink station was orderly and fully stocked, there's just no effort now, tables are always dirty, front door broken for months, no lemonade or tea made at the drink station. Just kinda pathetic what corporate greed did.
The food was good as always. But the burrito was wrapped very poorly, and it fell apart everywhere, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Shouting out orders at me like i'm in boot camp.Instead of just asking, what I'd like on the burrito.. very unprofessional and completely rude, I won't be coming back.
This store is always closed or the online ordering isn't on. Portions are smalls but more importantly they are never open. Why have a store in this location if its never open??
