Worst chipotle in the 518. Every time I go in there, there’s NO chicken at all. And I get told I’ll have to wait 20-25min each time. ALWAYS IN THE DINNER RUSH!!!! Staff needs to work on their timing and when they cook things. You shouldn’t be cooking chicken that’s enough for only 1 pan and then you use that said pan you’re cooking and I have to “wait for” for catering and then I’m waiting another 20 min. This was my first time ordering from this location and I never will again. I’ve been having diarrhea and upper/lower abdominals pains for hours since I ate my food from here. Nothing else happened, no other explanation. I ate the food from here and have been hitting the toilet since. I’ve been in pain for hours and nothing is helping. I’ve been coming here for years, and unfortunately the experience has gradually gotten worse. The only reason we came today was because my son wanted to. The employee with the red/purple hair and the older woman who is usually at the register are consistently rude. Every interaction feels like customers are inconveniencing them or ruining their day. Don’t come here if you actually want to enjoy your chipotle order. Go to the Latham one! Coming to this specific location, is always a gamble. They always “never” have a specific ingredient and it’s actually the most thing annoying thing in the world. The location in Latham, is way better. But unfortunately, further away from my home.
