This Chipotle was pretty disappointing. They were completely out of chips and also out of Fresca, which was frustrating since those are regular menu items. On top of that, I waited about 15 minutes just to place my order because the line moved very slowly. The cashier also wasn’t very friendly and came across as uninterested, which didn’t make the experience any better. Wouldn’t reccomend mobile ordering. My buddy waited in a line out the door and I placed an order before we even drove there. He got his food and was eating and then my order was complete 3-4 minutes later. They also made it incorrectly lol
The Indiana, PA location is a total disaster. Every time we come here, I get the “we are short staffed” excuse. The place is a mess, the manager is unprofessional, and the overall service is terrible. We will never come here again.
The place is so dirty the other day i was there a worker was walking around with a bleach spray bottle literally pointing it at the food and then continued to spray and clean something on the floor the glass over the food area had old dried up food in the crevices where it bolts to the counter and the glass looks like it hasnt been cleaned simce they opened
Store says open until 11pm. Here it is 8:54 and door is locked?!
