Having your employees trained to ask someome what they want when they are only halfway in the restaurant is crazy. Also training them like they are on a game show racing to serve the fastest is also CRAZY. Let your employees take their time and serve like a normal person. I didn't like feeling rushed when there was no line. The lady kept serving like if she didnt do it fast enough she would get fired. Treat your employees better and the customers will feel the difference.

Out of all the Chipotles I’ve been to in the Tucson area, this one stands out. The staff are friendly and nice, they’re extremely attentive to their customer base and never “skimp” on portioning. I’ve been to all of the Chipotles in Tucson and this one is easily the best. Whoever is the manager/managing director needs to have other chipotle managers come and see how this one is run; it’s easily the staple and most well-managed one. If you are going to measure the amount of protein you serve on each bowl or burrito, then use exact measuring scoop or spoon, its not very accurate if your employee scoops the meat and then wiggles the meat off the spoon...makes customers feel cheated out you are skimping and just eyeballing the amount you give instead of consistently getting the exact amount. This is a management problem not the employees fault

You guys really should keep an eye out on the women employees. They be giving attitudes when asking for more portions or when requesting other items. Even letting out a small breath when clearly showed annoyed. Almost wanted to walk out
