they messed up on a lot of stuff on our order and forgot stuff we paid for such as queso
I ordered pickup and got EXTRA portion of pollo asado and got NO CHICKEN??? There’s not even AN OPTION to get no protein in your bowl on Uber Eats. This has literally never happened to me before. I’m genuinely shocked that someone would miss something as important as protein in a Chipotle bowl.
They’re always out of the protein hours before close and refuse to make more. I’ve had this experience happen several times, this location needs to get their act together.
Everytime for the past couple of months you cannot order anything you want even more than an hour before close, I work in food and to run out and refuse to make more of an item when it’s still listed on your menu and order able an hour before close is genuinely egregious. This happened so much they need to fix it. And then they expect us the customer to have to go through the app to refund it and can’t offer any help on how to get that done, just a terrible experience everytime here.
How do you only have one meat option at 6pm on a Sunday? Also why is it so dirty? The service has gone downhill here
