Burrito was added into giant loaf. There were chunks of avocado skin in the guacamole. Not sure what was going on, but I hope they can train and check orders better.
Customer service was terrible, making us wait in a pick-up order line for 45 minutes. By the time we got to the window, our order was cold and they made it wrong to boot. Then the very young manager could not refund me at the store. The online customer service gave us a free entree, as if I will ever order Chipotle again!
Went in today (9/25) around 6:30 PM, and apparently tonight’s special was “How Little Meat Can We Possibly Give You for $14?” The manager, who was training new employees while also working the front counter, served us what can only be described as the world’s saddest portion of meat. It was approximately 90% fat and 10% meat. The guacamole portion was equally tragic—I’ve seen more guacamole on a tortilla chip sample at Costco.
