Was there on 7/9/26 at 7.15 pm, not hardly any chicken or steak available for our burrito bowls, wentvthere to eat with my daughters, could not sit together because tables were blocked off because of water dripping from ceiling from condensation an A/C ducts. Floors were dirty, tables were dirty, trash running over, workers standing around. This place is going to end up like Krispy Kreme, if owner does not get responsible leadership in place.
I am so tired of going to get food and they are out of steak. We went in there 7/10/26 around 1:00 pm. They had about 8 small pics of steak in a pan that looked dry. She put that on top of my rice and said what else do you want on here, I said more fresh steak my daughter was with me she said it will be about 8 min. We walked out their was about 5 workers standing there doing nothing why did they not have any steak ready. Last time this happened they said about a 6 min. Food was fresh and hot. Roof or ac is leaking, closing off several tables. Theres water on the floor with no signs. Most tables were dirty despite it being slow the entire time we ate. Most staff wasnt very personable. Im giving 4 stars for the 1 employee who was welcoming and the fresh food.
When I saw the post online about the ceo saying all you had to do was ask for a little more on the meat portions I figured I'd try it agreeing with alot of people that they were small.well they charged me for 2 meat portions! I had a feeling that was going to happen since he never said they wouldn't charge extra. I hope thus helps someone else who wants a little more. If you don't want to pay for 2 meat portions don't ask for a little more, because they charged me for to for what really should have been 1
