Chipman Roofing exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, their team was courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. The owner (Brayden) explained the entire process clearly, answered all my questions and made recommendations. The quality of their work is top-notch, and we're thrilled with our new roof! Do not use Chipman roofing. We had our roof replaced in the Spring of 2023. The roof is on an older house (1970's). We knew the plywood was most likely soft in spots and replacing the plywood was included in the quote. While repairing the roof, one of the workers legs went through the roof and his leg went through the ceiling of the living room, a clean hole. Have you ever been just pleasantly flabbergasted about something? Today that happened. We have been in a delema for a few months. We had a wind storm that came through and we had some damage to our roof. We put in a claim to our insurance. We had 4 bids on our roof with quite a variation in price.
