Went to Chipheads to update my 13 year old desktop - they replaced the motherboard, CPU, RAM and video card (kept my case, power supply, blu-ray burner and 3 drives; then upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. All programs and data were transferred over and work properly. I don't have many computer issues, but when I do, this is where I turn.

Chipheads has been doing a wonderful job supporting our computer hardware for many years. The most recent experience was a dead laptop that they were able to transfer everything (files, applications, etc.) to a new Dell laptop. I give Chipheads my highest recommendation with no reservations whatsoever.

Lifesavers! I had every photographer’s worst nightmare and my SSD failed. The first place I went to took me 2+ weeks just to get a quote. Their quote was $1500. I took a gamble and tried Chipheads instead and they had my drive recovered within a week AND for a fraction of the price! Super knowledgeable and pleasant staff. 10 stars all around

Mike M. came to my office and determined by PC (which was really old) was frozen and needed to be replaced. He took my old computer back to the store and cloned the old system to a new system and I couldn't be happier. Not one hiccup!
