Needed my ac repaired on the weekend and received fast service.
This business is okay! They replaced our A/C capacitor today for a single story home and put in a temporary fix on the day we called, which was nice. Cost of labor is around $90-$95 per hour, which is on the lower end. However, the cost of the capacitor is pretty shocking, they tend to go for $10-$50 (not wholesale pricing), but they charged about $275 or so for the part. Chip and Dale is professional, knowledgeable, and deliver quality service. That is why I have used them for many years. Most recently they were able to repair my 15 year old gas furnace, going out of their way to meet me to come out and help, because they didn't want us to be without heat at that critical time of extreme cold and snow.
