Chip is an extremely down to earth person. Quite friendly. If a problem should happen after hours... he is usually easy to reach. He seems and acts more real than a lot of doctors I have been to.
Until today I'd almost forgotten what it was like when professionals took pride and delight in their work for others. But today I had a couple fillings by Dr. Chip and Tina. The two of them spoke to each other during the procedure and not about the weather. Instead they were admiring their work, making adjustments, fine tuning the fillings and holding each other to the highest standards because they obviously wanted to do a good job. What a joy to be on the receiving end of such dedication. Thank you for a job well done.
I just attempted to make an appointment. I'd missed one many months ago due to a dire pressing family issue. This office was fully aware of the severity of this and had been informed that I may miss that appointment. When I called today the woman on the phone was unbelievably condicending, cold, and exceptionally unprofessional. Best dentist ever! Would recommend him without question! Gentle, caring, friendly, virtually pain free dentistry. He lets you know every step of the way what he's doing so you aren't surprised. Also never had such pain free shots! And the staff there are wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable, competent and caring. I have never had such good dental experiences as with them. Hate to give them such a good review because I don't want to not be able to get in because they are so busy! But I have to because they are the best!
Our whole family sees Dr. Chip and we love him. Awesome guy and awesome staff.
