Rolling my eyes as I write this. Received a notification from my insurance , that my claim from my dental appointment was processed. Very strange when I never heard of this doctor and have been going to the same one for years. I called to investigate and found out one appt/claim was paid out and another pending under this doctor and I am very concerned how someone would of been able to do that it’s way to much fraud going on these days smh
