This is my second time using Chinook for roof and gutter cleaning, and I'm very satisfied with their work. They scheduled the job for the next day and arrived right on time. They even sent me pictures of the work before and after, since I have a tenant living in my rental property. I'd highly recommend Chinook! I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

They called me set up an appointment on the phone then blew up my phone with 3 calls in 15 minutes, call them back and they say they didn't book it and the only slot is over a week later. No thanks. I get an email a few minutes later with a confirmation for the day before the original date. Very confusing and they seem disorganized. No clue if they're going to show up but kinda worried about them being on the roof in the first place if this is how they operate.

We did lots of research before selecting this company for roof cleaning, and chose Chinook for the stellar ratings on Better Business Bureau. We also preferred their method of using blowing and moss killer (although we hate to use any chemicals) rather than pressure washing (not recommended for composite roofing, Presidential TL). We had window cleaning completed on the 31st and are very pleased with the results. The employee that came out was very thorough & helped me identify which windows have failed so I can submit a claim. He was very understanding of our anxious rescue dog & that helped me to keep her calm. Have already recommended them to family members and will be contacting them again for sure.

This was my third or fourth time with Chinook Services cleaning my dryer vent. They are quick to schedule and informed me of time estimates for arrival and time to do the work. My dryer vent is difficult to access (third floor outside access and close quarters inside a bathroom wall) but they are always able to do the work. I also receive a regular customer discount which I appreciate.
