Arrived on time. Michael was knowledgeable and transparent about what stains were likely and unlikely to come out. He confirmed the estimate after our walk-through before starting work as we were unsure when discussing our own estimate of room sizes over the phone when booking. Excellent job on our back staircase which was stained from years of dog climbing up. Was our first time using Chinook. Good price. Will use for windows and gutters next.
Eli & Jeff were amazing! Phone call 1/2 hour out to notify me, arrived on time, quick & efficient, and my windows just sparkle. They don’t leave a mess, communicate well, & were very friendly & informative - I think this is the 3rd year we’ve used their window cleaning service, and it is worth every penny. When Elias and Ed came to clean my roof and gutters, it was a very cold morning, so we easily rescheduled to an afternoon appointment when the roof was easier to walk on. Elias’ communicated throughout the entire process because we were not home. He texted when they arrived and sent photos of the roof and gutters after cleaning. They did a great job and I would highly recommend
Chinook Services has washed the windows of our two story house twice annually for well over a decade and their work is impeccable. We added gutter cleaning (leaf filter) services this year and are equally impressed. We would, without reservations, recommend this company to anyone seeking services that will be of the highest quality.
Juan and Carlos went out of their way to clean the gutters and clean up perfectly. I had a gutter that had slipped a little. Carlos nailed it back up for me. They also cleaned a very inaccessible window. Looks great! I always call Chinook for windows and gutters. They are the best!
