Worst experience ever. My sister spent 11 hours overnight in the waiting room with her sick 4-year-old child who had a fever. Yes, they gave him medicine, but to see the doctor he spent 11 hours on mom’s knees.
They sure take em in whatever order they please. Many people coming in after & going through. Could not even be able to move a limb & they put you on the back burner for the addicts sniffling laying on the ground by the bathrooms or the people screaming & swearing away at everyone. When they say 6-8 hours wait they mean the higher number for minimum wait time. Will always take plenty longer than they say, & weather there is 3 people or 10 left in the room & you ask for a approx time or estimate they are super rude. Pathetic ... read more
10 out of 10, would recommend. Mostly, I’m doing this review so that I can apologize to all the people who I cut in front of. I was just talking with a friend about how I didn’t have to wait at all for anything and just got rushed to the back. But I took an Uber there not an ambulance because I was actually hemming and hawing about if I should drive or take an ambulance and then I realized that an Uber is just as quick as an ambulance without me having to worry about parking far from the hospital or getting a ticket if they ... read more

The nurses and volunteers are genuinely doing their best and I have a great appreciation for all they do. I was treated with disrespect and a lack of compassion while I was in excruciating pain, however, I understand that the system makes it extremely difficult to avoid burnout and compassion fatigue. As an organization it is extremely under-funded and poorly run. You WILL be waiting for at least an hour, but probably closer to 4 or 5.
