Went to the hospital with a super badly bruised finger. Wanted to check for whether it was broken, fractured, or had a bad sprain. Got in within an hour which I was happy for but once I saw a doctor he said my pinky had nothing wrong with it and it was probably just a sprain and I would not need a splint or anything. Now over a month later it is in pain still and it has healed crooked and I will not be able to fix it unless I want to re break it. Really happy I got none of the help I needed! Thanks.

If I ever need another X‑ray, I would happily drive an hour to the hospital just to see Shawn Clark again. He is an absolute gem of a human being — truly the sunshine and rainbow you hope to find on a cloudy day. Shawn was not only professional, but genuinely kind, patient, and warm. While visiting family in Lethbridge, I was unexpectedly admitted to Chinook Regional Hospital. Upon arriving at the Emergency Department, I did not fully appreciate how seriously ill I had become. After my oxygen levels were assessed during admission, I was quickly taken into care. The staff in the Emergency Department were both compassionate and efficient, and that excellent level of care continued throughout my stay on 4A Surgery for the next 10 days. Overworked? Underpaid? How about accountability? Or organization? I couldn't be more disgusted with the care my father has got here and it's due to incompetence and nothing else, period.

My brother fell and had a head injury . He went to ER to get medical help . The people at the triage said the doctors won’t do anything for him and sent him home . Is this why we pay so much of Tax . What’s wrong with health professionals . Chinook regional hospital is one of the worst medical clinics . Worried about internal bleeding but they seem to care less about patients. We need better service for the amount of taxes we pay
