I had the best experience ever at this clinic with my lab, technician, Myranda. I did not want to go for the test because three years ago I had the same test, but in another city at another clinic. And that was the worst experience I think I’ve ever had for any testing. I do think it was the clinician himself. Unlike the former, Myranda was not only patient but thoughtful, kind, clear on giving instructions. And great on motivating you when doing this test. The test wasn't fully done . Tom had issues setting up the equipment. Didn't take all the information down . My fingers were cold , so that also gave an inappropriate reading. I was extremely stressed . He put down I was distracted . More like he was . So the testing was incomplete. Tom got a call he was overtime . My posture was incorrect due to circumstance of a surgical procedure whereas that surgeon pulled the major pectoral muscle up and toward the auxilla interfering with the breathing process .
The entire scheduling process through pre-appointment reminder and intake was efficiently handled by Lynne. Tommy performed my test, taking ample time to ensure all steps were clearly explained and professionally executed. Top mark's for exceptional service!! One suggestion: I think an email confirmation of the appointment time & location would be helpful. Thank you both.
