Dr B spent 15 short minutes with me. Recommended orthotics. No other recommendations. Picked up orthotics, I had a few questions and rude staff told me to read the instructions. No pain relief yet, going back for a follow up. Booked appointment, received a demanding text to ensure I was aware of the consequences of lack of attendance. Arrive to a full waiting room. Had an appointment with Dr William last year in April of 2024. He advised I needed surgery. I had asked how long the wait times are. His answer was 4-6 months. So we signed up for the foot surgery. In October I called the office and asking when the surgery will take place. They said the wait time is about 8 months. Since I was waiting already 6 months I figured December or January. Now I’m almost June….. still haven’t heard anything from this clinic. So please take my advise and go somewhere else.
The dr didn’t even spend 5 min with me and took my brand new runners and twisted them and told me they shouldn’t be able to do that and that this indicates they are old and need replaced. I didn’t bother to correct him. Then he told me he is a runner and has worn the same runner for decades without issue when I shared I change between two as if that is odd. Fast runners always have training shoes and race shoes- I’m not fast but it’s not uncommon for people to wear different shoes specially between trail and road runners. He... read more
I just had foot surgery 2 weeks ago.. Amazing and courteous staff.. Dr. Bolokowski is the best.. He explains everything so well, respectful, shows me the exrays which I very much appreciated.. Sandy Potiuk
