Excellent bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and listens to patients concerns and takes time to address them and put the patient at ease
I have now completed 6 treatments with the clinic’s high powered laser for a knee injury I’d obtained while hiking this July. I went from pain and inflammation, that would wake me in my sleep just from trying to turn sides, to no pain, greatly increased range of motion, and no more swelling. Had an appointment with Dr William last year in April of 2024. He advised I needed surgery. I had asked how long the wait times are. His answer was 4-6 months. So we signed up for the foot surgery. In October I called the office and asking when the surgery will take place. They said the wait time is about 8 months. Since I was waiting already 6 months I figured December or January. Dr B spent 15 short minutes with me. Recommended orthotics. No other recommendations. Picked up orthotics, I had a few questions and rude staff told me to read the instructions. No pain relief yet, going back for a follow up. Booked appointment, received a demanding text to ensure I was aware of the consequences of lack of attendance. Arrive to a full waiting room.
