Everyone that works in the office is so friendly and make every effort to learn each clients name, this makes every appointment and my time spent in the office much more enjoyable and personal! Every specialist and doctor spend as much one on one time I need to fully explain and help me better understand what's going on inside my mouth and every step I need to take before I leave. I was recently recommended here by a friend and I am so happy she did! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with smiling faces from the front office staff. My waiting time was close to none after checking in. Once in the exam room the hygienist was just as nice and professional. I couldn't even feel that my teeth were being cleaned. She did an amazing job without hurting my teeth or gums. The chairs massage you and there's a tv for you to watch on the ceiling. I definitely recommend this dental office! Last night I broke a tooth. I'm New in town and did not have a dentist to call, so I'm totally amazed and appreciative of Family First Dental's ability to get me in with an hours notice. Fast, friendly, and professional.

Recently relocated to Tri-Cities and I'm thankful to have found Family First Dental. From the moment I walked into the office I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care put forth. Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I actually text a friend looking for a new dentist's office right after I left to tell her about this office. Highly recommend Family First!
The hygienist that did my cleaning was fantastic. Not only did she have the best personality but was she gentle, also gave me tips, and reminded me of the next type of work I should get done and why that procedure shouldnt be put off.
