I just moved into town and needed to find a new Dentist. Family First Dental provided an amazing environment. Everyone on staff had excellent customer service.
I saw Dr. Watkins and my hygienist Pat. I actually look forward to my dental appointments. ?? I have an awesome team working to keep me healthy at Family First!!

People usually dread going to a dentist. Family First Dental take the dread away. When we moved to Richland, we had concerns about finding a new dental office (we had been with our last dental office for approximately 25 years). We have not been disappointed. Your care and consideration is superb.
Ive depended on Family First for my dental care long before they were Family First and Ive always been well taken care of. I believe it is one of the best dental offices in the area perhaps the best. I am now 75 and have lived here in Kennewick all my life. I have developed a special relationship with my dental team who always pay personal attention to my care and comfort. The front desk staff are very personable and helpful and treat me as a valued client.
Crown problem I had what I would call an emergency. My crown fell off over the holiday weekend. When I called, someone got right back to me and assured me if I needed help due to pain I could call again and get right in. I had no pain, and Tuesday a.m. before the office opened, they called and had an appointment that morning. Did a fast and great job.

I took my 3 year old granddaughter in for a checkup. They treated her perfectly and made sure she had a good experience.
Super friendly and totally understanding of my high anxiety issues. I felt heard and respected.
