The staff are very kind, compassionate and welcoming. Every person i saw come in was treated with dignity and so much care and concern. I was so happy to see that the staff were helpful in clarifying details of a patient's upcoming procedures..beautiful to see such heart warming kindness

This is a triage clinic. The front desk staff is kind, sympathetic and pleasant. The doctor is unable to operate any longer. Nice enough person but speaks to the staff and not the patient, who is right there. All they do is decide the urgency of your condition. I walk about 6 km most days with my dogs, garden at age 72 . Perhaps a triage clinic should be more clearly defined before sending the patient there. The location is not great. They close and lock the doors for lunch. So slow, had an appointment at 3pm. Didn't get in to see anyone til 3:42pm. Then got stuck sitting in a hot stuffy room only for them to give me exercises that I could have easily found online myself. The appointment I found was a huge waste of time. I am sure its different if your in the senior category and am needing surgery for a hip or knee. Staff are friendly but when you leave dont expect them to get your name right, they got mine wrong, bye Ashley. Wrong! Its nancy
