This is the best office I've ever been to, so I didn't mind waiting past my appointment time. Waiting is a rare occasion and I was glad to see that I was waiting for a very good reason.

I'd love to pick out one person that did a great job but I just can't. From the time I was greeted, through my procedure and right up until I walked out the door all of the staff was friendly and helpful.
