From slow service to items on the menu not being available after ordering, and the excuse was because of a Valentine's special they were running a week before Valentine's, made it difficult to give a 3 star. The General Tao with white rice and sampler had good flavors. The big annoyance was when waiting for the appetizer to place the order our waitress explained she could be pick a delay option.
