Dr Chinn is a very rude arrogant individual. He does not put the patient needs first. He should take an Anger management class. On my last visit I asked for a proof of appointment letter and he lost his cool. He signed my visit summery instead. He is very unprofessional and I plan to notify the VA of my experience.
Dr Chinn was scheduled to do a kidney biopsy on my mom. He is the most rude and arrogant person! He yelled at my dad in my mom's hospital room, with my mom right there because he said that Straub didn't have current contact information and he had a hard time reaching us, when other nurses and doctors have been contacting me with the information they had on file. He ruined surgery!!!
Stephen has been my Urologist for over ten years and has performed four ESWL to remove Kidney stones and a TURP to reduce an enlarged prostate. Definitely “Old School” with a bedside manner that is an acquired taste but an excellent surgeon.
