In 2010 I had a 5 level spinal fusion at OHSU and literally suffered for 9 years. There were a number of mistakes made ending up with no -union and the screws tearing out, terrible. Dr. Ching did the revision and after healing I was a new person, have been able to live a life after. Best surgeon ever.
Dr Alex Ching claims to be a deformity specialist. He is not. I have a deformed spine that has been operated on numerous times. I need a deformity specialist and was referred to him as being the best, especially since spine deformity is his specialty, and according to his bio, he spent 8 years as an assistant professor of orthopedics at OHSU.
