Reception接电话的一个女的态度十分恶劣，说话又快又含糊不清，我问能不能约之前给我看病的医生，她答“如果你身体机能有问题建议去看急诊”，我问怎样才属于身体机能问题，她拔高声调说“就是身体机能”，我说你耐心一点，她啪就把电话挂了。。约了半天也不知约上医生没有？好嚣张啊，吓得我都不敢去看病了
