The receptionist is usually accommodating. She knows scheduling understands timing whos not showing up and calling future patients already booked if they can come in early. Receptionist is very good at this thank you. They will call you in advance if theres an open slot. There is no permanent Dentist and DA changes. So service may not be consistent. I visited with my 3-year-old daughter on Saturday for our dental check-ups. My daughter finished her appointment before me and was waiting while I had my teeth cleaned. In the middle of the cleaning, my 3-year-old urgently needed to use the restroom. A staff member handed me a key and directed me to the second-floor restroom, stating the first-floor restroom was out of order. What followed was an incredibly frustrating and humiliating ordeal. Honestly for the ease of service and affordability, this place is great. I have not been to dentist in so long, and the nurse and doctor were helpful and very professional.
