I ordered several times from this restaurant Today the same order was completely different- soggy and tasteless- they failed to follow requests and when I called to discuss they basically said too bad - no try to do the right thing - I hate when I pay for food that is sub par and the restaurant won’t accept that I may be right- basically they don’t care
I could not be more disappointed in what was my favorite Chinese food spot. ( I’m here on vacation but lived here 12 yrs and this was our go to place) I felt nostalgic on my last night here and got food to go … very disappointing … the rice tasted like the pan oil was burnt the soup and noodles tasted day old and my meal was over salted and not evenly cooked … the place doesn’t look the same at all ( it could use a sprucing up) but the service not so nice … so disappointing …
I live in Boynton Beach and I could of went to any Chinese restaurant, but I chose to order from Chinatown. In close to Delray. 3/30./26 order from urber eats I was very disappointed.. I was shocked from the crab ragoon to the general it was not warn it was cold the rice was hard . Seemed like you guys are using parboiled rice now . Not authentic at all. Online order to a hotel.... no utensils at all even with an extra soup? Pepper steak tastes fishy like fish was cooked with it, probably the worst Chinese I have ever had.
