Was a no show for the appointment I made weeks after walking in 0 degree weather to the doctors office. Horrible experience will never use RWJ again.
Dr Ronak is knowledgeable. However I consistently tried to follow up with him and his office on GLP-1s but they do not respond back. Had to follow up numerous times and never heard back from them when I called to follow up a few weeks ago. He did try to find the cheapest solution for me which is great but no follow through. I’m also in healthcare administration so I would rate this mediocre care. Dr. Ronak Chinai in any capacity. I LAUGHED WHEN I READ SOME REVIEWS,BEC I HAVE BEEN SEEING THE DOCTOR FOR A WHILE ,WHY DO PEOPLE SAY THINGS THAT ARE NOT THE TRUTH ,I HAVE CANCER ,HEART DESEASE AND THEY CARE THE STAFF ARE WOUNDERFULL ,THEY LISTEN,EASY TO GET AN APOINTMENT AND I NEVER WAIT LONG FOR THE DOCTOR ,THE PLACE IS SPOTLESS ,BATHROOM IS CLEAN NOT A STAIN ON THE TOILET ,AND THEY WASH THERE HANDS .
