While Dr Chenai and NP 'Maura mathews' are great, overall business management has gone down the drain. The answering service is the worst and needs replacement. Management has no understanding of the 'Care' part of the 'Healthcare'. They close early on friday, never sent my prescription to the pharmacy, answering service is a nightmare, on call doctors cannot be reached. My issues with this office are primarily rooted in how profit-focused this place feels. Doctor Ronak seems knowledgeable and chill, but it felt like he was trying to rush me through my check-up, asking minimal questions and not conducting some of the routine checks I would typically expect. BILLS YOUR INSURANCE FOR EVERYTHING. Doctor expects me to come in for “vital check ups” EVERY 30 DAYS in order to get my dextroamphetamine 10 mg refill. which he intends to BILLS MY INSURANCE, on top of the medication cost every month . Knowing he can give me a 60 day refill, it just wouldn’t bring his office as much money if I came in less frequent. DONT GO HERE

EVERYONE : please see the negative reviews before going to this place. Telling it from bad experiences. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable. If I could give negative rating, I would give it. Stay away from this.
