I ordered this by phone an hour ago. My husband picked it up 35 minutes ago. We live 7 minutes away from the restaurant. This peanut chicken has been on the buffet all day, and I know this because: It was barely room temperature when we opened it, for one. Secondly, the edges are blackened and leathery from overcooking, which happens pretty fast when dunked back into hot oil for a "refresh".
