Spring roll was not fresh and table was not clean. Terrible smell in the hallway passing the kitchen. Will not return.
Service was horrible tonight! Sat there for 10 mins, never saw our waitress, the manager finally came over to take our order. We ordered three 1/2 price sushi's, one from the special board. We had to get up and get refills ourselves the first time. We had to flag someone down after that for refills. The manager brought our bill and the special sushi we ordered wasn't 1/2 price. I've always had a great experience here. The food was always good and service was great; HOWEVER, today I have decided to not come back here. I was almost finished eating when a cockroach appeared on my table. I was instantly disgusted. It's one thing if the food or service was bad but a literal bug ran across my table in which I do not settle for. I'm extremely sick on my stomach and will not be spending anymore money here.
How sad is that of all days you decide to rip people off it is mother's day. Forcing people to eat off the dinner menu because it's mother's day. Then saying you get a free egg roll, really??? I've eaten there many years and o will never go back. This is terrible business
Love, love, loved this place. The owners as well as the staff are so courteous. The food is delicious. I can’t say enough good things about Wild Wok 127.
Friendly staff and great food. Addyson loved what she got and ate every bite.
