We had a $40 dinner. Our waitress was nice so I kindly left her a 15% cash tip (so as she wouldn’t get taxed off of card gratuity) I paid with my credit card, marked out the gratuity line since I handed her a cash tip. Received on my credit statement that was more than what our bill was. My credit statement showed an extra 10% gratuity charged to my card. I’m sorry but your food has to be super exceptional to receive a 35% tip. I’m so done with this place, never going back. This is pure theft.

AWFUL experience!! We ordered take out on Saturday $115 later... I ordered my food NO CARROTS ((my daughter is very allergic!)) I even told them please no carrots you guys have messed up the last 4 times.. Well guess what open my food start eating and CARROTS are in my food. I call they said they will fix it. my husband goes up there to get it fixed. He comes home I look through it.. CARROTS at the bottom.. The food sucks, got lo mein to go and the shrimp were so cooked that they were inedible. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy the overpriced food, spent $27 on food for my boyfriend and I that didn’t get eaten...
Great food, friendly staff, VERY CLEAN, and reasonable prices!
They usually leave something out of our to go orders. When we call, they tell us to come back and they will fix it, but who wants to take another trip when your dinner is warm? I do not like microwaves, although I think that I have seen one there. I highly recommend Umi Japanese on Cloninger Mill Road. They are clean and the food is delicious. They know what they are doing. I wish that they delivered.
This restaurant is the worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I ordered take out and we got all the way home to find out our order was all messed up. We called to try to return it and get a refund because we were so dissatisfied with the quality and the actual order. They said yes so we drove all the way back. Went with my fiancé and we decided we would sit at the bar to change things up. Sat down before 630. Never received service until 15 min later, it was the owner. Order our drinks and two Connie salads. I saw our salads sitting at the sushi bar for what seems like 10 min. Owner finally came to take our order 15 min or so later.
