Thanks for not taking my order wok n roll just made $80 all bc now y'all don't deliver where I live when y'all have in the past.
I order online and the site stated price my change depending on request . So the drive was hesitating to tell me my price saying, "20... 28." I asked him if he was saying I owned $28. He told me yes. So I gave him $30. After he left I looked at the my receipt it said $20 not 28!
1st cost today unfriendly and food wasn't great asked for soy sauce and chop sticks didn't get sauce and sat the chopsticks in the counter like I was netting o. Her nerves want be back and I'm new to the area
Bad customer service. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and the sauce wasn't in the bag whenever we called back for them to bring us some, never showed up.
Waited 2 hours food was cold customer service was miserable do not order from here ever!!
Should be a zero star. Took 2 hours and said they weren't cooking to order. I've never in my life seen or been told that a restaurant isn't cooking to order. That's awful. Then when they offered to refund the money they wanted the food back. Not a chance I'm giving you the food back and not seeing you throw it away. Pathetic and will never eat or recommend this place to anyone
