China Poblano says it in its name. One place Chinese. And one place Mexican. Two distinct countries. Two distinct tastes. China Poblano isn’t about a fusion of the two, but an acknowledgment of both. At the same time. But not at the literal same time when you are enjoying the delicious food and drinks 🍹
Best food ever and price is great! They have great menu but for people going the first time get the tasting menu plus cocktails that go with it. You will be full and for all of it is about 75 per person! Now people this is Vegas where just a hamburger can be 50! Love it all and you will too. Small plates is the key so if you go with the menu you can try a lot of stuff!
Creative, delicious cuisine with excellent service! I recommend the tuna ceviche, so good! And the mango dessert! WOW!
