We were so excited to finally try China Poblano after having it recommended to us by so many people. Unfortunately, our first experience was incredibly disappointing. We called in a takeout order around 10:20 PM (they close at 11 on Saturday). During the call, we had to repeat several items multiple times and even spell some of them out. We stopped because we were walking by and noticed that this was a Jose Andreas concept (how can you go wrong with tacos and wontons), but stayed for Ceci. She was fantastic!!! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to make some great food recommendations. She also went above and beyond to make sure every cocktail we ordered was exactly what we were looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving a personalized experience. We will be back!
One of my absolute favorite Vegas restaurants. So unique, and really good. Tableside guac made to order and preference, chili wantons, 20 veggie fried rice, cold noodle salad... It's all really good
Food was 5/10 not tasty at all service was 5/10 not welcome in, price was ok I would never visit this restaurant ever again.
