Went there for lunch one time a long time ago. The item that I order cost $3.00 more than other places. I didn't mind the price but the waiter (an elderly man) brought my food and 1piece of napkin. I ask for more napkin and he acted like one napkin should be enough. It took a long time for him to bring the extra napkin. As I was eating my cup of water was empty. Food is generally good. However the service is bad most of the time. I was going to order a Peking duck and wanted to ask the price and how to order, the waiter was so busy didn't even want to stop for a second to explain to me. She just showed me the menu page and walked away and never came back to help me. So disappointed and I decided not to order a $30 duck anymore. Why do I have to pay for bad service.
Great food but terrible service and communication.
