I pre-ordered my food on the phone when I got there I paid and she told me my food wasn't ready yet so I waited for 30 more minutes for my order and asked why it was taking so long and then she handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter ever since I walked in the door...I got it home to eat it and took 2 bites and threw it all away because my chicken was hard and cold also the rice was hard...I will never order from here again and highly recommend that other order from some other place
The last two times we ordered we did not get our full order. First time it was soup added to a combo meal, this last time was for crab rangoon. Service is slow and disorganized. I placed the order at 7:16pm, was promised by 7:45pm. My husband waited there for close to an hour and even then we were shorted our crab rangoon. Called in to let them know, best they would do is have my husband drive back to get it. We are going to waste gas money for their mistake. Will not be ordering there again. The best Chinese in town. My kid and I have been going here for years and they have always accommodated her picky eating. The staff has always been amazing and I have never had any experiences like some of these reviews.

Ordering delivery for 8/9 years. First time ever had a problem that I felt a need to drive 10 miles back into town to complain. Took my meal back in and refused to refund my $10. I hope that $10 was worth the $1000 that we spend. I’ve been loyal but tonight taking my loyalty to No 1 Chinese
don't order from here they rip people off I ordered 2 platters of general Soo chicken got only 1 platter when I called to speak to a manager they don't have one on duty tonight ....I then asked when will he be there the girl Brittney who answered said not til Wednesday ... I then called back to speak to the owners and was told they aren't there either .I will never order from this business again .. .my order came to 13.50 it's not 13.50 I've ordered this before
Mainly use carryout but I've been inside dining many times,great service, very good food dishes @ a reasonable price, never been disappointed
