You will never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. We visited the new location on 13th St. The wait at the window for our food was ridiculous. They were not servicing customers on the inside, I could see what was going on. I'm still unsure why there was suck a delay to receive our food. The girl was just moving slow.
