There are many reasons Dr Chen is an exceptional oral surgeon. First is the ease of scheduling; unlike other offices where you wait months for an urgent issue, they got me in ASAP. Second the support staff is incredibly gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. Third is Dr Chin himself. I had a great experience with Dr. Chin and his whole team—Hanh, Diana, Marci, Sandy, and Eva. Without exception, everyone was professional and kind. Dr. Chin clearly explained the procedure, calmly performed it, and followed up with me personally the following day. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Chin's office if needed—and would recommend them to others.
Great!! One and half hour procedure,No pain. Felt as if I was at a spa. Even got call to check on me that evening. Great staff! Fantastic doctor.
