Chin Chin has gone above and beyond with the remodel and sushi bar. It is hands down the most fresh and delicious sushi I have had. They spared no expense when it came to their sushi addition. I can't stress the freshness enough! It melts in your mouth. Their drinks are delicious as well, the lazee bomb, with fresh ginseng and their very own honey it is a must try, and I can't forget the Thai iced tea! So good! Came 2 months ago and i cant get enough of this place. The food is excellent and i highly recommend them.

First time here and it's the best Chinese food I've ever had and I've lived in sterling for the last few years!
Used to be much better. Since their expansion, food is not quite as good, more mistakes on orders, and significant price increases. We still go there but looking for replacement restaurant.
