One of the best burgers I've had in Lubbock!!! Wish I would have tried Chimy's sooner! Oh yeah, second place ever to not forget my RANCH on the side too! �
Fish taco was basically just a slab of fish on a small tortilla. Go to Torchy's for a great fish taco! The hard tacos were very plain that didn't come close to filling the shell. The queso was bland. Tasted like Velveta! The food probably tastes good if you've had 5 shots and a couple beers
Rude, unprofessional staff. I get being a dick to drunk college kids but people visiting from other cities don't deserve to be treated that way.
The staff is unbelievable rude and volatile. The bouncer came over in a rage yelling in our faces to get out of the bar because someone had pointed in the direction of our group as to who had let them in the back door. He grabs the two margaritas I had just bought out of my hands and dumps them in the trash and my full plate of nachos. I was mortified and embarrassed as I had done nothing wrong and will never be stepping foot in Chimy's again.
Won't be going back to this place. Terrible service, very dirty and rude staff!
Chimys is a great spot for a game, or to hangout on the patio during a beautiful day! One of my favorite hangout spots �
