Superior customer service! Drew's professionalism was over the top. I had the dryer vent serviced and very thankful that I did. Excellent, Professional, On time. Thorough cleaning and explanation of work as it was performed. We had recently moved into our house and the vented gas fireplace was filthy plus our chinney chase cover was rusty causing rust stains on our siding. They cleaned the inside of the chimney, disassembled all the components of the gas logs, cleaned everything and put it back in place. Then tested the log system. Originally contacted Chimspector in October, 2018 to repair a water leak on an exterior chimney. Initial inspection by a Chimspector tech was on Nov. 28th. Work on the chimney was performed by Chimspector on Dec 10th. However, the leak was not fixed. Chimspector told me it would be days before they could get back out there. I had to call a professional roofing company in to fix the chimney water leak in January, weeks after Chimspector had “finished” their work.
